Have been using for a few years. It's a great combination of ingredients and I don't need to take much else with it.
I have been using Niima daily for a little over a year now. The first thing that I noticed was how simple it made a task that I have always struggled with, taking daily vitamins. I have made it routine to always take it in the AM and find it has all the pieces of a daily supplement that I desire. Often times I will take a second Niima right before a workout and have found that I always feel more energized and increased stamina as compared to times I did not. it's simple and that's what we need as skaters, snowboarders and skiers.
